Coffee gives you caffeine on its own. Flow pairs natural caffeine from yerba mate with 400mg of L-theanine, the combination studied for focus and alertness, plus Cognizin® citicoline, Zynamite® S and 1,500mg creatine HCl. Every dose is on the label.*
